Health Insurance Sales and Administration Officer - Bupa Malta
We are seeking to recruit a Health Insurance Sales and Administration Officer within the Bupa Malta operations team.
We need you to be a strong communicator, motivated and have an eye for detail. Experience or relevant qualifications will be an asset, however we do provide on the job training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective clients in making well informed decisions
- Deliver professionally documented quotations to clients and intermediaries, and follow up with a focus on increasing sales
- Issue renewal terms and follow up existing clients
- Maintain excellent customer care service with current and prospective clients
- Credit control including issue of statements, debtor chasing and updating payments
- Prepare sales reports
- Other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, which may be assigned from time to time.
Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance sales
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken Maltese & English
- CII certification would be considered an asset
