Health Insurance Sales and Administration Officer

We are seeking to recruit a Health Insurance Sales and Administration Officer to join our Bupa Malta operations team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about operational excellence, sales and customer experience and wants to work in a friendly and dynamic environment. Experience or relevant qualifications will be an asset, however we provide on-the-job training.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Assist prospective and existing clients in making well informed decisions
- Draw up and deliver professionally documented quotations to clients and intermediaries, and follow up with a focus on increasing sales
- Issue renewal terms and follow up existing clients
- Maintain excellent customer care service with current and prospective clients
- Credit control including issue of statements, debtor chasing and updating payments
- Prepare sales reports
- Other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, which may be assigned from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in insurance sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
- CII certification would be considered an asset
